Partners in Progress For Fiji
Australia Pacific Management & Training (APMT) is a locally registered company exclusively set up to work closely with local authorities and bring their dual vision to life – bring the best talent and expertise to Fiji and provide international exposure to talented Fijian professionals.
APMT is involved in a series of ventures and initiatives in the fields of Education, Training and Professional Development with the support of the Higher Education Commission Fiji, government & semi government departments and leading universities in Fiji. APMT aims to promote vocational education in Fiji as well as bring overseas students to study at Fijian Universities – making Fiji the new education destination of the world.
Apart from Study Pacific, APMT has a series of other projects in various stages of development. Here are 2 initiatives fast reaching completion.
Life After Rugby & Sports

Life After Rugby & Sports (LARS) Program by APMT is designed to equip rugby players and athletes with practical skills and certifications to launch new careers after their playing days are over. With Fiji’s strong rugby culture, the LARS program supports young student rugby players as well as professionals close to retirement by helping them learn in-demand employable skills.
Under LARS, APMT provides tailored vocational courses in areas like fitness training, sports management, IT hospitality, and trades – short-term, hands-on courses which enable athletes to quickly adapt to civilian careers, offering a stable future while harnessing the discipline, teamwork, and leadership skills gained on the field.
Early School Leaver Program By APMT

The Early School Leaver initiative by APMT is tailored to support students who are contemplating leaving school early or have already made that choice. Deciding on the next steps after school can be overwhelming, but it’s essential to understand that this stage of life is filled with exciting possibilities. Every path they pursue after school will influence their career and shape their individual journey.
The ESL program has the power to transform the lives of young Fijians by offering guidance, direction, and opportunities for success. By focusing on practical training, emotional support, and inclusive opportunities, the program ensures that early school leavers don’t fall through the cracks but instead rise to become empowered, skilled, and contributing members of society.
